If I could give them a 10 I would. I was in need of a new patio door lock.Went to every store around with no luck.The one she showed me wouldn't fit. So she went to the back room and took parts that she had and worked on it for probably a half hour to make it work.This is above the best customer service I ever had.Thank you CRYSTAL for all you did for me.
